These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Halo Holiday, LLC website located at halohandled.com and any services provided by Halo Holiday, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Halo Holiday, LLC provides premium holiday lighting installation, maintenance, removal, and storage services on a membership basis to residential customers in the Nashville, Tennessee metropolitan area. Service scope, pricing, and scheduling are defined in individual membership agreements.
2. Membership & Billing
Membership plans auto-renew annually. By enrolling, you authorize Halo Holiday to charge your card on file for annual renewal fees. Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 30 days prior to your scheduled installation date. No refunds are issued after installation begins.
3. SMS & Email Communications
By submitting your contact information through our website or chat widget, you consent to receive SMS text messages and emails from Halo Holiday, LLC regarding your inquiry, appointment scheduling, service updates, and promotional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
4. Property Access
Members grant Halo Holiday, LLC permission to access their property for the purposes of installation, maintenance, and removal as outlined in their membership agreement. We are not liable for pre-existing property conditions or damage caused by acts of nature.
5. Limitation of Liability
Halo Holiday, LLC's liability is limited to the total fees paid by the customer in the current membership term. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Davidson County, Tennessee.
